"I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Harriet an amazing associate representative with Sarah P. Lyles Office. Harriet was very punctual addressing matters of concern on behalf of myself regarding an issued policy. Harriet was very attentive of each question that I asked; with the expectation of any logical reason of disputed discrepancies in regard to said policy. She was very patient through the process and beyond my frustrations ; she remained very humble working to find a resolution to the problem. I shared with her that my time was very limited within my permitted work hours, and that I needed the issues to be addressed immediately. She reached out to the necessary departments in honor of my request; and promised to keep up with me throughout the process; making sure to notify me with each giving update. Harriet was definitely a woman of her word ,and followed up with her promise. After all was said and done: She had made sure that all said documents were reviewed; corrected and a letter statement from State Farm was sent as a copy for my records. Harriet provided a great customer experience; as well as presenting herself as an extraordinary employee of The State Farm Family. On a rating scale she will definitely be a 10 or beyond. I sincerely appreciated her genuine spirit and motivational determination of conflict resolution."
